Overview

Google Calendar is a scheduling and time management tool that allows you to organize your appointments, events and tasks in one convenient place.

How it works

You can now see your Todoist tasks alongside your dentist appointments, meetings, game nights, and more. This will help you plan realistically and avoid overcommitting yourself—your future self will thank you!
The Calendar integration allows your external calendar events to sync with Todoist, bringing a read-only version of your Google Calendar events into the Today and Upcoming views. You can also sync your time-blocked and all-day tasks to Google Calendar, allowing you to easily reschedule tasks. By seeing both your calendar and tasks together, you’ll have a clearer view of your workload and find time for tasks or adjust when new events arise.
With a paid Todoist plan, you'll be able to view your tasks as time blocks alongside other commitments, allowing you to visualize and plan a realistic schedule for the day, week, or month ahead.
Currently, the Calendar integration supports only Google Calendar, but we're working on adding support for other calendar apps in the future.
